In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of website is referred to as "TAG – Take A Gift", "www.tagtakeagift.com", "we", "us" or "our".
In case of customized products, there may be a slight variation from the picture/video shown. We shall, however, ensure our best to keep it as close to the photograph/description as possible.
The product specifications (weight, size, colour, etc.) mentioned with the product photos is only approximate. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. TAG – Take A Gift, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, TAG – Take A Gift will, from time to time, may make changes in the contents and in the products or services described on its site. Prices and the availability of products / services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
We at TAG – Take A Gift offer free shipping in India.
All orders get usually shipped within 5-7 working days, so you can expect a delivery between 7 – 10 working days.
Shipping charges are applied for delivery out of India.
In case of certain fragile items such as frames or any product containing glass or subject to damage in transit, delivery will be available only to specific locations mentioned in the description of product.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
Please do not accept the parcel if it is tampered with / damaged from outside at the time of delivery. Drop us a mail at email@example.com immediately and we will do the needful.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you and in such case TAG – Take A Gift won’t be responsible for delay in delivery.
In the event that the delivery address / phone number given by you is incorrect, the phone number provided by you is not reachable or switched off / nobody is available at the delivery address to collect the parcel, TAG – Take A Gift is not responsible in case of RTO and shipping charges will be applied if you want the delivery to be re-attempted.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. TAG – Take A Gift is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of TAG – Take Gift. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
Replacement / Refund:
If you have received a damaged product:
Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the images ofthe damaged product within 36 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced within 10 -12 working days. A return delivery may also be arranged by us for the damaged product received by you in certain situations and we will inform you the pickup day for same. Please make sure the product is packed well and should be returned in its original state for the replacement to be processed.
We do not provide any refund for the order placed subject to certain exceptions (please refer cancellation section for more details) Only in case of damaged product, we will exchange the product and give provided you drop us a mail within the given time frame.
Unfortunately, order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
In case you have placed order for a product for which delivery is not available to the shipping address given by you, our team will get in touch with you. You can either place order for another product or you can cancel the order and the money will be refunded to the original account through which the transaction was made within 7 – 12 working days. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
