Shipping:

All orders get usually shipped within 5 - 7 working days, so you can expect a delivery between 7 – 10 working days. You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

Exceptions:

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you and in such case TAG – Take A Gift won’t be responsible for delay in delivery.

In the event that the delivery address / phone number given by you is incorrect, the phone number provided by you is not reachable or switched off / nobody is available at the delivery address to collect the parcel, TAG – Take A Gift is not responsible in case of RTO and shipping charges will be applied if you want the delivery to be re-attempted.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. TAG – Take A Gift is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of TAG – Take Gift. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
